We manage and renovate our own properties across Akron, Canton, Barberton and Massillon, with our own maintenance and construction crews. If you have a trade or you want to learn one, we would like to hear from you.

We are not always advertising a specific opening. We do keep applications on file and call when something matches, so it is worth applying even if you do not see a posting anywhere.

Trades and maintenance

Turnover work, repairs and renovations across the portfolio. Steady, year-round work on our own properties rather than one-off subcontracts.

Leasing

Showings, open houses and applications across Summit and Stark County. You would carry your own set of listings.

Construction and rehab

Full property rehabs from scope to finish, alongside our own crews.

Office and operations

Tenant relations, accounts payable, and the administrative work that keeps the properties running.

What happens next

  • We read every application. Applications go straight to our maintenance and operations lead, not to an applicant tracking queue.
  • We will call if there is a fit. If your experience matches something open, someone from the office will phone you. If nothing is open right now we keep your details on file.
  • Bring the trade, we will train the rest. Property-management specifics can be taught. Reliability and a real skill cannot.
